Talent is the foundation of virtue; virtue is the leader of talent. “Virtue” means
having a high basic quality, and “talent” means the basic ability to perform job
duties. The ancients said: Every inch has its own strengths and weaknesses,
every thing has its own shortcomings, and every wisdom has its own shortcomings. When selecting and employing people, we do not seek to have
both, but we should put virtue first, use virtue to promote talent, and use talent to cultivate virtue. By improving the quality of corporate talents, we can build a talent structure with both ability and virtue.
Innovate the concept of talent, select talents in an unconventional way,
regardless of seniority, and only select the most virtuous. We should know people and assign them to the right positions, and make the best use of their talents. We should recognize talents with wisdom, love talents with enthusiasm, use talents with generosity, promote talents with courage, and accommodate talents with a broad mind. We should deeply explore the shining points of each employee, give full play to the strengths of each employee, integrate the talent resources of the enterprise to the maximum extent, provide strong impetus for the sustainable development of the enterprise, and push the enterprise into the fast lane of healthy development.
